This is 1 of 4 exclusive villas in a private retreat compound at Troon North, together able to accommodate up to 40 guests. Hosting an event or need to book multiple villas for the same dates? Please contact us in advance — events require booking all four villas, as other guests would not have access to shared common areas during your event time. Villa 2 is a two-story home with 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs; the main living room and kitchen are on the first floor. A full massage chair is included in the living room, and a shuffleboard table awaits upstairs at the bar. Please note the property's proximity to the street — while generally quiet, some road noise may be audible (see aerial photos). Noise levels are monitored by NoiseAware devices, and Scottsdale enforces local noise ordinances, particularly between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Police-reported violations may result in fines charged to the responsible guest. Parking is free and limited to the 2-car garage; no vehicles are permitted overnight in the driveway or on the street. Bringing more than 2 vehicles? Please reach out in advance. A highchair and Pack-n-Play are available upon request. No pets allowed. No smoking of any kind inside the property — cigars and cigarettes are permitted outside only, on the patio; damage from burns to furniture or turf will incur a fee. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property; a $1,500 fine will be assessed if evidence is found.
